Welcome to Salty Earth Co. By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Our jewellery

Salty Earth Co jewellery is handmade, with many pieces created using natural gemstones, freshwater pearls, shells and other natural materials.

Due to the nature of handmade and natural materials, variations in colour, shape, size, texture and pattern may occur. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not necessarily considered faults.

Many Salty Earth Co designs are one of a kind or made in very limited quantities.

Product information

We take care to ensure product photographs, descriptions and colours are as accurate as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography and your device or screen.

Measurements provided on our website are approximate unless otherwise stated.

Prices & payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order can be processed.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description or website errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.

Because many Salty Earth Co pieces are one of a kind, availability is limited.

If we are unexpectedly unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where applicable.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia.

Orders are generally carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Shipping times after dispatch are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

Please ensure the shipping information entered at checkout is correct.

Returns & faulty items

We do not generally offer returns or exchanges simply for change of mind.

However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions or our Shipping & Returns policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe your jewellery is faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at SaltyEarthCo@outlook.com.

Custom & personalised jewellery

Custom and personalised pieces are created specifically for you and generally cannot be returned for change of mind.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply where a custom or personalised product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.

Jewellery care

Jewellery should be treated with care. We recommend avoiding unnecessary exposure to water, perfumes, lotions, chemicals and other substances that may affect jewellery materials or finishes.

Lifetime Repair Promise

Selected Salty Earth Co jewellery is supported by our Lifetime Repair Promise, subject to the terms of that promise.

This is an additional benefit provided by Salty Earth Co and does not replace or limit any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, branding, designs, written content and other original material displayed on the Salty Earth Co website belong to Salty Earth Co and must not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Website availability

We aim to keep our website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We may update, change or temporarily remove website content where reasonably necessary.
